The mark consists of a compass rose design element consisting of an eight-pointed star with larger points pointing to the north, east, south, west positions and the letters "N," "E," "S," and "W" in the respective positions and smaller points indicating the northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest positions with a circle in the center, all in front of 4 concentric circles with the inner-most circle shaded in a darker shade, the next outward band in a darker shade, followed be the next band consisting of no shading and the outermost band in a darker shade with lines extending outward at a perpendicular angle around the circumference of the largest circle, all of which is to the left of the words "OPTIONS FOR SENIOR LIVING" with "OPTIONS FOR" depicted in a cursive font centered above the words "SENIOR LIVING" in all capital letters san serif block font.
