The mark consists of the design of a stylized woman superimposed on a black concentric oval. The outside oval is bold black. The woman is white and wearing a green strapless dress with a long green scarf tied around her neck which is depicted blowing to the left side of the oval. The woman is wearing a white sailor's cap.
