The mark consists of a two half circle arrows that do not connect but form a circle. The top arrow is black and bottom arrow is grey. Within the curve of the bottom arrow the words Hastings, Nebraska is in black. Within the curve of the top arrow are two flags on poles, crossed at their poles to form an X.
