The mark consists of a green rectangle border with brown trim and a thin lining of white on the top and bottom of the border. The top portion of the rectangle border is curved outward in the center and contains a rounded banner of red outlined in white and brown, containing the wording "NAPITKI IZ" in white. Beneath the wording, on a white background are brown leaves and a dark brown and white bird. Beneath the bird is a dark green banner outlined in brown and white, containing the word "CHERNOGOLOVKI" in white. Beneath the banner is a picture of white and blue mountains in the distance and fields of dark green and green, with a white and brown building with a red roof, and a second red roof in the background. In front of the buildings is a row of green and dark green trees, bordered by a brown fence with a light brown road parallel to the fence, and additional dark green trees to the right of the road, all of which is on light green grass.
