The mark consists of a gold decorative compass composed of a primary indicator, a secondary indicator, a dial, a circle spaced radially outward from the dial, and an outer band spaced radially outward from the circle, the dial having circumferentially-spaced bands with an open space between each adjacent pair of bands and further having projections extending radially outwardly from the dial in the intercardinal directions and extending past the circle, the primary indicator having projections extending radially outwardly from a central hub of the compass in the cardinal directions and extending past the dial, the secondary indicator having projections extending radially outwardly from the central hub of the compass in the intercardinal directions and that terminate prior to reaching the dial, the circle having projections extending radially outwardly from the circle in the cardinal directions and that terminate prior to reaching the outer band, the outer band having an opening in the easterly direction with a segment being disposed in this opening and extending radially outwardly from the outer band. Within the outer band are the gold stylized letters N, E, S, and W positioned clockwise around the inner compass. The color white represents the background or transparent areas of the mark and is not part of the mark.
