The mark consists of Mr. Zippy, which is Applicant's mascot, standing tall with his arms stretched up covered in orange fur, with four fingers, an orange furry facy with a brown circle for a nose, white smile, white ovals outlined in black with black circles inside the oval to represent eys and eye balls, wearing a yellow t-shirt with the words "Mr. Zippy" in black, and then has a circular outline flanked on theright and left with black and white checkered flags and the word "ZIPS" in all white capital letters centered diagonally across the center of the white circular outline, the words "THREE MINUTE" in black all capital letters at the top of the circular outline above ZIPS and the words "CAR WASH" in white all capital letters outlined in red around the bottom of the circular outline outlined in red, red pants with two white stripes at the bottom of the pants, orange fur showing at the bottom of the banks on top of black shoes white red flaps handing out of the shoes.
