The mark consists of a black badge in black and in a square shape with the bottom edge of the badge having indentations and extending down to a point. The right side and bottom of the badge are outlined in blue. Inside the badge at the bottom point is a five point star in white and silver and above the star is a white and silver line that is curved over the star and then angles up on each side from the bottom of the curve and then cuts back in toward the center of the badge at the top of the angle.
