Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangular lined box divided by a vertical line that is positioned approximately two-thirds of the entire horizontal length of the rectangular box starting from the left-hand side. Encapsulated within the smaller rectangular box that contains the letters "M" and "H" divided by singular black vertical line and underscored by two thicker black horizontal lines. Above the "M" and "H" depiction noted in the preceding sentence is a thinner singular black horizontal line. On the larger left-hand, two thirds portion of the larger rectangular box that outlines the entire mark is depiction of two, adjacent sound reels in a shadow. Also depicted in the larger left-hand two-thirds portion of the larger rectangular box is a thin vertical line running the length of the larger rectangular box position just slightly to the right of the left-hand edge, with three horizontal lines running left to right of said second vertical line and ending at the vertical line that divides the larger rectangular box into two-thirds and one-third portions. Below the design described above is the word "MACHINE HEAD" running left to right under the left-hand two-thirds portion of the larger rectangular box, the word "sound design + music" positioned below the word "MACHINE HEAD" and running left to right starting with the first word "sound" positioned directly under the word "HEAD" in "MACHINE HEAD.".
