The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a glove. The glove configuration consists of the word "MAXIFLEX" in white text placed across the back of the hand of each glove, which back of the hand area is gray. The wrist region of each glove consists of alternating horizontal lines of gray and white. The palm portion of each glove is black. The black of the palm extends between the fingers and thumb of each glove and covers the fingertips of each glove on the palm side around to the back side, down to approximately the level of a second joint of a human finger. The remainder of the back side of the fingers from the second joint to the top of the wrist portion of each glove is gray. The dotted lines depicting the outer shape of the gloves are not claimed as part of the mark and are included to show the placement of the three-dimensional configuration on the glove.
