Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a circle outlined in black and an inner circle outlined in white with the words "MAX & PRINCE" in brown and the ampersand in black all on a white rectangular background in the middle of the circle with black outlining on the top and bottom of the rectangle. Above the rectangle in the upper half of the circle appears a beige burlap background and images of a brown pheasant with a yellow beak, red/green/white head, and a tan body with orange and black speckles and markings. Another gray and black pheasant appears. They are followed by a mallard duck with a yellow bill, green head, white banding at the neck, a gray body, black and white shading, and orange feet. The bottom half shows a beige tall grass field with some gray shading with two golden retrievers that are brown and tan with black noses and eyes and both have pink tongues.
