The dog is wearing a series of three black and gray roped chains around its neck, with the term "E.C." in gray hanging from the bottom chain. Above the black framed circle is a black framed rectangle with the wording "Maryland's Own" in black above the stylized wording "E.C. Pops" in black. To each side of "Maryland's Own" are black decorative arrows. In between the black framed oval and the black framed rectangle are two decorative scrolls in shades of gray and black connecting the framed oval and rectangle.
