Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a background with bands of yellow, red, white and yellow in descending order from the top to the center. The stylized term "MARIQUITAS" appears in green cursive in the top yellow band at an angle rising to the right, with the word "BRAND" printed in green uppercase letters at the lower right of "MARIQUITAS" and the term "CLASSIC" displayed in uppercase letters in green beneath "MARIQUITAS".
