Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress of rectangular, box-shaped packaging for the goods. The front of the packaging consists of the term "MAMI" in blue with red outlining and a red heart forming the dot on the letter "I". The term is set against a yellow rectangular background carrier outlined in red and white and positioned vertically, so that the wording is on its side; this feature appears over a set of horizontal stripes which run along the bottom of the front of the packaging in white, red, yellow, and brown. The stripes in turn are superimposed over the front of the packaging which includes a design in orange consisting of a stylized depiction of a coffee cup, a partial heart, and four curved lines, all set against a red background. The top of the packaging is red, and features the term "MAMI" appearing upside-down in blue with red outlining and a red heart for the dot in the letter "I" set against a yellow rectangular background carrier outlined in red and white, next to four curved orange lines. The matter shown in broken lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark, and is included merely to indicate placement of the mark, as described above, on the packaging.
