Description of Design Search

The mark consists of eight concentric circles of varying sizes, beginning with (1) a thin outer blue circle, internally followed by (2) a thin white circle, internally followed by a (3) thin red circle, internally followed by (4) a thin blue circle, internally followed by (5) a thin orange circle, internally followed by (6) a thicker blue circle, internally followed by (7) a thin orange circle, and internally followed by (8) a thin blue circle, leaving a large orange center. The thicker blue circle (circle (6)), contains the words, in all capital white font "MAIN STREET BREAD BAKING COMPANY EST. 2000", around the circle with the phrase "EST. 2000" being centered on the bottom of the thicker blue circle. In the center of the concentric circles is an orange background containing a stylized wheat chaff in the color white. The wheat chaff begins at what would be seven o'clock and extends diagonally up to one o'clock. In the center of the concentric circles, set on top of the wheat chaff are the words "Bistro M BOULANGERIE" in red text. The dot above the "i" in the word "Bistro" is an italicized heart. The "M" in the center of the logo is in italicized font. The word "BOULANGERIE" is set at the bottom of the orange center immediately above the arc of the innermost thin blue concentric circle.
