The mark consists of capitalized words "MAGNA-LOK" with a hyphen between the "A" and the "L". The letter "O" of "LOK" has been replaced with a symbol for magnets. The portion between the "L" and "K" has 2 broken circles. The inner circle is broken into three equal lines along the circumference. The space between each line is about half the size of the line. Using a clock face, the bottom line runs from five to seven, with the two top lines running from nine to eleven and one to three. The outer circle is simply a larger version of the inner circle, but it has been flipped. The top line of the outer circle runs from eleven to one, with the remaining two lines running from three to five and seven to nine.
