Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a navy blue circular wreathe which is divided into four triangular quadrants. The first triangle located at the top region of the wreathe consists of the letters MAC , which are the first three letters of our institution: "MACADEMY". These three letters are also an acronym for the initials of the founder's late grandmother, Miriam Ann Carr. To the right of this triangle, is the second triangle, which consists of the book of knowledge on the easel. The proceeding quadrant is occupied by the egyptian symbol of the eye of orus, which emphasizes the school's spiritual beliefs. Lastly, the final quadrant is occupied by the letters "QK" which are representative of the founder's church, "Qkingdom Ministries". Also, there is a pink rose with a gold "fire- like" stem inside of the letter "Q", referring to the subsidiary of Qkingdom Ministries: "The Mystical Temple of the Rose and Flame." Lastly, in the center of all of the quadrants and the wreath, there is a dove with a olive leaf in its mouth to make reference to the biblical story of "Noah's Ark".
