The mark consists of Two side-facing lions, in gold-outlined form, with transparent faces, teeth, ears, paws, and highlights within their manes, and with gold shading on their backs, paws, manes, and left and right legs, respectively, facing, and separated by a circular, nautical, porthole design, with a hollow transparent center, with the capital letter, "M" centered within, in black; with six transparent, circular holes arranged symmetrically within the center of the surrounding porthole band, a gold crown atop the porthole, topped by four flower designs, and featuring transparent interior lining; with the left lion resting its left paw against the porthole design, while stretching its right arm into the center of the porthole, pointing to the letter, "M," and with the right lion resting its right paw on the porthole design, while stretching its left arm into the center of the porthole, pointing to the letter, "M;" with the words, "MILLENNIUM" centered beneath the porthole design in black capital letters; with the word, "CABARET" centered beneath the word, "MILLENNIUM" in black capital letters, with gold lines extending to the left and right thereof; and, with the phrase, "WORLD CLASS ENTERTAINMENT" appearing in black capital letters centered beneath the word, "CABARET." The white background is not a feature of the mark.
