Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a front view of a man with arms outstretched. The man has tan skin, a brown moustache, brown hair, brown eyebrows, and white eyes with black and white pupils. The man is wearing a black apron, a white long-sleeved shirt, a red neckerchief, a white chef's hat, red and white checkered pants, and brown shoes which have black soles. On the black apron is stylized red wording "LUPO'S" outlined in white. On the white long-sleeved shirt are two gray buttons. On the white chef's hat is stylized red wording "LUPO'S" outlined in white. All the foregoing is stylized with black detail lining, black outlining, and gray shadowing. Below the man is a circular shadow in gray. All other uses of white in the drawing represent background and/or transparent areas and are not features of the mark.
