Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a boy in the color beige, wearing a yellow t-shirt, red shorts, and brown shoes all outlined in black, with the boy having light brown hair with brown details, black ovals for eyes, white teeth, and dark red mouth with red tongue. The boy appears poking a hole with a finger on his right hand through a light green map outlined in black with a dotted squiggly line beginning with a yellow circle at the bottom of the map and ending with a white "X" at the top of the map, and with the map having details of a green and dark green bush and blue pond. With his left hand, the boy appears holding a brown chest with a yellow lock, all outlined in black, and the chest containing gold coins. All of the foregoing appears centered above the stylized words "LUCKYPOKE" first shaded in yellow then having a red border and with an outermost outline in the color black, all over the stylized wording "GAMES" in red then having a white border with an outermost outline in the color black. All other instances of the color white in the mark represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
