The mark consists of the center portion of a flag similar to the flag of Great Britain overlaid with the shadow of a design of a portion of the flag of the United States comprising several stars and stripes. Superimposed on the designs is the wording "London born. American made." The color blue appears in the triangular shapes in the corners of the mark. The color red appears in the triangles toward the center top of the mark, in the cross design, and in the diagonal quadrilateral designs at the bottom of the drawing. The color white appears in the wording in the mark and in the remainder of the British flag design. However, the stripes and the background of the stars from the American flag design that are overlaid on portions of the British flag design are gray, and they cause the gray to be mixed with the underlying portion of the British flag design.
