The mark consists of The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a section of a sofa, comprised of a layered armrest, as well as a front lower panel. The layered armrest is arranged vertically and is rectangular in shape, appearing tall in height and thin in width. The top layer of armrest is arranged toward in the interior of the sofa extending across most, but not all the full depth, height, and width of the bottom layer of the armrest. The shading on the entire armrest is only to indicate a pattern or texture. The dotted lines depicting the front lower panel, cushions, pillows, and feet of the furniture serve only to show the position of these features on the mark and are not part of the mark.
