The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising trade dress for the goods of a geometric figure consisting of a layered rectangular center with a smaller rectangular design appearing at the top of the design with sloping slides forming a larger rectangle underneath, with six legs extending outwards, with four of the legs extending diagonally outwards from each corner of the central rectangular design and with two legs extending lengthwise from the midsection of the design. The leg extending from the top-left corner of the rectangle is depicted as only a partial leg, with the end of the leg shown in broken lines to reflect a cutout in the product where the leg otherwise would continue to extend. The broken lines depicting a mobile phone case indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as part of the mark.
