Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle in the middle of which is a see-through arched small hole depicted in dotted lines. Etched on the bottle around the arched hole is a design of the inside of a stone wine cellar, with a path leading to an arched door at the end that is the arched hole in the middle of the bottle. The cellar's roof consists of a series of arches formed by rectangular shaped stones, which also go down the front left and right sides of the cellar. Each side of the cellar leading towards the arched door at the end comprises two arched stone hollows and a squared stone hollow. On the left side, the first arched hollow has nine barrels, with the second arched and squared hollows being empty. On the right side of the cellar, the two arches each have a big barrel, with the squared hollow being empty. The dotted lines depicting the shape of the bottle and the cap are not claimed as part of the mark and are intended to indicate the placement of the mark on the goods.
