The mark consists of A hexagon shaped outer border in which the left half of the border is green fading into blue toward the center of the hexagon; the right side of the hexagon in blue fading into green toward the center of the hexagon; stylized image of cattail plants featuring two cattail blooms, the left bloom outlined in a green line with a white fill within the border and the right bloom outlined in a blue line with a white fill within the border, and with the green on the left bloom fading to blue toward the center of the design and the blue on the right bloom fading to green toward the center of the design; the stylized plant also including a single green leaf in a triangular shape protruding from the left side of the design and fading to blue towards the center of the design and on the right side of the design two stylized leaves in blue fading to green toward the center of the design; the design also including three lines, the uppermost line intersecting the left border of the hexagon at a 90 degree angle and continuing to the middle of the design but not intersecting the right side of the hexagon with the left portion of the line green fading towards blue toward the distal end of the line from the left border of the hexagon; a brown line appearing in the bottom third of the hexagon design equidistant between the left border and right border of the hexagon; the bottommost line intersecting with the right side of the hexagon outlined in blue fading to green towards the distal end of the line from the right border of the hexagon; the three lines are positioned in parallel with a white space between each line; the three lines combining to form a stylized impression of water, earth, and flora.
