The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a firearm ammunition magazine holder consisting of a c-shaped channel and a front plate. The c-shaped channel has a left-wing member, an angled central portion, and a right-wing member. The wing members are parallel to one another and extend orthogonally from the angled central portion wherein the junction point between the wing members and the angled central portion are rounded. The wing shaped members have a flat extending body with two rounded corners. The front plate has rounded corners, with the bottom of the plate presenting right angles to form a horizontal line and at the top the angles are diagonal before becoming horizontal at the top. The broken lines depict a clip extending above the c-shaped channel and ending on a circular patch at the bottom of the c-shaped channel and two screws affixing the clip to the upper back of the c-shaped channel to the front plate. Also, in broken lines is depicted a rectangular field with the letters "NM" on the outside of the flat extending body of the left-wing member. The portions in broken lines are not claimed as features of the mark and merely serve to indicate placement of the mark on the goods.
