Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the colors red, yellow, green, blue, cyan, and tan applied to the changing room area of swimming instruction facilities. The changing room area includes several changing rooms that are constructed of painted wooden siding with painted doors and pitched roofs. On the left side at the front is a cabana with green siding, a green door frame, a yellow door, and a blue roof. Immediately adjacent is a cabana with red siding, a red door frame, a blue door, and a yellow roof. The last cabana on the left side has yellow siding, a yellow door frame, a red door, and a green roof. At the back are two adjacent cabanas that face forward. The cabana on the left is presented in a partial view and has yellow siding, a yellow door frame, a red door, and a green roof. To its right is a cabana with blue siding, a blue door frame, a green door, and a red roof. On the right side of the drawing is a row of four cabanas. The cabana at the front of the right side has yellow siding, a yellow door frame, a red door, and a green roof. Next to this cabana is a cabana with red siding, a red door frame, a blue door, and a yellow roof. There is a cabana immediately next to this cabana with green siding, a green door frame, a yellow door, and a blue roof. The last cabana on the right side has blue siding, a blue door frame, a green door, and a red roof. The floor is the color tan. A portion of the walls surrounding the changing room area are blue and cyan. The color white represents the background or transparent area and is not claimed as part of the mark.
