Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a portable file storage container which has a handle on the top of the container, a back handle, a label frame on the front side of the container, combination locking mechanisms on the left and right sides of the front lid, trim elements on each corner of the case and along the bottom and top sides of the case and where the lid and case attach. The broken lines depicting the handles on the side and back of the container, front label frame, combination locking mechanisms and the trapezoidal feet on the bottom of the container indicate placement of these elements on the goods and are not part of the mark.
