Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional mark that is drafted to give the impression of a cube with both length and depth as seen from an angle. The left and right panels of the cube that can be viewed are simple, unadorned squares. There are dotted lines around the edges of the panels. There is digital media that may be portrayed or previewed within the dotted panel. The dotting thus indicates that while there may be content in these portions when used, the surface is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark does not change, because the dotted portions merely form a fixed frame over or within which media may be presented. Finally, there is a panel with a transparent effect appearing to hover a small distance from the left panel of the cube, but otherwise on a parallel plane with the cube face.
