The mark consists of repeating pattern applied in whole or in part on or in connection with the goods or services. Each of the patterns that is repeated to form the repeating pattern consists of a combination of linear design components, each of which is formed from linear designs, each linear design formed from smaller circular designs shown in outline form placed adjacent to each other to form a linear arrangement, one such linear design component is a square design linear component formed from a square shaped design in the center of which is positioned a single circular design, a chevron shaped design placed adjacent to the square shaped design, two right triangle shaped designs each of which is placed in opposing corners of the square design linear component and two linear shaped design placed opposing to each other in the remaining two corners of the square design linear component, another such linear design component is a triangle design linear component formed from 6 isosceles triangle shaped designs and opposing v-shaped linear designs, four of the isosceles triangles shaped designs aligned along a central axis adjacent to the v-shaped linear design and two of which are placed opposite to each along an axis that crosses perpendicular to the central axis, the pattern repeating by the placement of one of the linear design components adjacent to the other linear design component in a staggered arrangement.
