The mark consists of a large cross outlined in black, and below the cross there are seven waving flags. On the right of the cross, there is the flag of England, with red lines intersecting through a white background. Next, there is the flag of the Netherlands, with a red bar on top, white bar in the middle, and a blue bar on the bottom. The flag of Germany follows, with a black bar on top, a red bar in the middle, and a yellow bar on the bottom. Directly at the base of the cross sits the American flag, with fifty white stars on a blue background. There are also six white stripes, and six red stripes visible on the flag as the seventh red stripe is obscured due to the flag's waving. The flag of Scotland is on the left, with a white cross running through the middle of a blue background. Behind it is the flag of the Czech Republic, with a blue triangle on the left side of the flag, a white trapezoid on top, and a red trapezoid on the bottom (both of equal size). Lastly, the flag of Ireland sits behind the Czech flag, with a green bar on the left side of the flag, a white bar in the middle, and an orange bar on the far right side of the flag. The flags are positioned on flag poles outlined in black, and they rest in an oval (also outlined in black) that encircles the cross.
