The mark consists of the head and neck of a duck. The duck head and neck are green with a thick black outline used to appear as feathers that completely outlines the duck head and neck and gives them their shape. The thick black outline continues into the head of the duck to appear as the outline for the eye of the duck. The eye of the duck consists of a white circle sounded by a thick black semicircle and an outer thick orange semicircle. The black semicircle within the eye borders and is a part of the thick black outline that surrounds the entire eye. The bill of the duck is orange and is also outlined in black.
