The mark consists of two long straight lines of different lengths. The upper end of the shortest line meets the longest line in the middle point. The shortest line's lower end has two parallel lines, pointing left and downward, resembling the end of a key. The point where the two long straight lines merge coincides with the epicenter of two concentric circles. The outer circle shade is softer than the inner one and is bordered by a semi-circle. The semi-circle touches the longest line in two points, equidistant from the epicenter of the concentric circles. The longest line has an approximate inclination of 45-degree angle. The epicenter of the concentric circles where the two long lines merge is overlapped by a white dot. The white dot coincides with the center of a geometrical pattern, almost imperceptible to the naked eye, resembling a lotus flower. There are black circles at each end of the longest line, which are smaller in size, than the concentric ones. There is an optical illusion of expansion of a darker shade coming out from the white dot.
