Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional blue-green colored rectangular outer carton for an alcoholic beverage product, viewed from an angled perspective. On the left panel of the carton appears a stylized alcohol bottle outlined in white, with stylized representation of a label outlined in gold and white. The neck and cap of the stylized alcohol bottle is displayed in a darker blue-green color, with two gold-colored horizontal strips beneath the neck portion, and a gold dot between the strips. The lower portion of the stylized alcohol bottle has a darker blue-green rectangle surrounding two horizontal gold lines at the top and bottom of the rectangle, and curved gold line in the center. Above the rectangle, in the location where a label would normally be located, appears a stylized shield outlined in white and gold. On the right panel of the carton appears a white crest in the upper portion of the panel, outlined in gold and with an outer dark blue-green border. At the top of the crest, and centered between the two spears, appears a shield with a coat of arms of the outline of a man in armor holding a sword and riding a horse all in the color gray. Surrounding the shield is a decorative gray garland and two gray scrolls on either side of the coat of arms. Below the coat of arms are two white ribbon-like banners outlined in gray. A smaller blue-green ribbon-like banner appears below the upper white ribbon-like banner. Below the blue-green banner appears an oval with a gray and gold outline. In the center of the oval appears a stylized flower in the colors gold and gray. Below the crest design, on the lower portion of the right panel, appears a stylized tree trunk in gold, next to which are gold Japanese characters. Other than the color white appearing on the outline of the stylized alcohol bottle and crest, the color white represents background or transparent areas and is not part of the mark. The dotted outline of the rectangular carton is not part of the mark but merely serves to show the position of the mark on the goods.
