The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress depicting an interior design of a restaurant/bar. The interior includes three groupings of barrels. Each grouping of barrels has three rows of partial barrel uppers protruding from a wall. Each barrel upper has the silhouette of a stylized crow. The wall from which the barrels protrude is lit in red. Within each grouping, the first row of barrels is spaced from the second row of barrels a greater vertical distance than the second row is spaced from the third row. Underneath and adjacent each row of barrels in each grouping is a horizontal slat with brackets. Each bracket supports a barrel. Horizontal and vertical beams frame each grouping of barrels. Each grouping of barrels, in combination with its respective frame forms a cubby. There is a total of three cubbies, one for each grouping of barrels. The interior further includes red overhanging light shades shaped as inverted funnels. The shades are not a claimed feature of the mark. The vertical and horizontal beams framing the barrels are not a claimed feature of the mark. The horizontal slats under the barrels are not a claimed feature of the mark.
