Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tray. Within the tray is a first raised area along one side of the tray, elevated about 73% of the tray depth above an eating surface of the tray and reaching about 45% of the tray width across the tray. Said raised area defined by a generally vertical first wall tapering out into sides of the tray and a centered recess in the wall reaching into the raised area. Within the first raised area are two second raised areas raised about an additional 20% of the tray depth above first raised area having two opening surrounded by frusto-conical walls tapering inward from the first raised surface to the second raised surface and generally following the first wall along a center portion of the first raised area and separating from the first raised wall along side portions of the first raised area. Three shallow recesses in the second raised areas, a center recess between the two openings and reaching towards a perimeter of the tray opposite to the eating surface, and two corner recesses in corners of the tray opposite to the eating surface and extending from a line parallel with the side of the tray and reaching sightly more than 90 degrees away from the eating surface of the tray. The non-claimed shape of the tray and the two openings are not part of the mark.
