The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a stylized smart phone case. The drawings illustrate the case which has corners consisting of detailed edge divided into three equal sections and a trapezoidal detail, and a rectangular back, with a repeating pattern of diamond-shaped polygons formed on the recessed portion of the back of the case set inside of the beveled border.
