The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a stylized smart phone case. The drawings illustrate the case which has overall rectangular shape; rounded corners; rectangular protrusions from those corners that are divided into three sections each, where the rectangular protrusions are extended beyond the level of the remainder of the case; trapezoidal shapes at the corners of the back of the case, including the smaller trapezoidal shapes appearing within; a raised border lip on the back of the case; lines appearing around the top, sides, and bottom of the case; a lip on the front of the case; a small circular cut-out at the bottom of the case; and concentric rectangular shaped lines that appear stretching across the top, bottom, and sides of the case to also cover portions of the front and back of the case. Portions of the case shown in dotted lines indicate the placement of the mark on the goods, but are not claimed as features of the mark.
