Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a light fixture comprised of a bottom dome topped by rings of varying height and diameter. From the bottom of the light fixture going upwards, the diameter increase to the maximum from the dome, then decreases at the girth, increases slightly before it decreases to a tapered lower neck, followed by an increase then a decrease to a tapered upper neck to a minimum diameter, then increases before ending with a small upper dome. The broken lines depicting electrical conduit, light bulb, light bulb socket and stability features indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
