The mark consists of a representation of firefly appearing on a black background; however, no color claim is made to the background. The portion of the firefly body that is not covered by the two wings glows: it is yellow in color towards the bottom of the body, and the color lightens and brightens towards the top of the body. The portion of the firefly body visible above the wings, together with the antennae, are white. The wings of the firefly are black in color; however, that portion of the wings that overlaps with the body of the firefly appears somewhat translucent, making the glowing yellow body of the firefly visible through the semitransparent black wings.
