The mark consists of the following: a 2-dimensional box with a medium blue border with dark gray edging, inside of which is a thick border featuring dark gray in the lower right corner fading to medium gray in the lower left and upper right corners and light gray in the upper left corner, inside of which is a thin border fading from medium blue to medium gray to white, inside of which is a medium blue border followed by a medium gray border; the inside of the box appears as a 3-dimensional tunnel with four sides; the four sides of the tunnel have alternating dark and light blue stripes interspersed with light blue squares of differing sizes forming a grid pattern that appears as if it is 3-dimensional; the tunnel ends in a bright white light within a faint light blue circle, like a camera lens; the white light is reflected at the top of the square and a diagonal line of reflected light blue spots span from the upper left corner to the lower right corner of the square.
