Description of Design Search

The mark consists of A square box with rounded corners and slightly emboldened lines; within the square is a white border and a solid background within which is the head of an owl coming up at approximately a 45° angle from the bottom right hand corner of the square; the top of the owl's head extends roughly between the upper right hand corner and the lower left hand corner and is in the shape of a concave arc; the ends of this arc form a set of owl horns, which are mimicked with a similar second set of owl horns below the set formed by the arc; the owl has two eyes and a nose centered on the owl's face. The eyes and nose are shown in the same solid as the background, in relief against the rest of the owl; the nose is diamond shaped with a longer point extending toward the right bottom hand corner, and a shorter point extending toward the arc; each eye is formed by two concentric circles and a third, non-concentric circle; the largest concentric circle is a solid circular line on either side of the nose; within each of these solid line circles and concentric therewith is a smaller solid circle; within each of these smaller solid circles are white circles tangential to a portion of the solid circle; a large exclamation point, shown as white against the solid background, is positioned above the arc of the owl's head, along the top left to bottom right axis of the square and smaller exclamation points are positioned symmetrically on either side of the larger exclamation point.
