The mark consists of cartoon images of an ambulance, fire truck, and police car, arranged clockwise in that order around a ring. The ambulance is white outlined in black with black, gray, and white tires; the side having two beige bandages arranged in the shape of a cross having nine black dots in the middle in a 3x3 grid pattern; one red and one yellow light on top outlined in black with white space in between; a windshield that shades from white in the upper right corner to blue in the lower left corner; two white headlights outlined in black; two red headlights; a gray bumper; and a face formed by two black eyes with white highlights on the windshield, and a black and white nose formed by the grill. The fire truck is red outlined in black with black tires; a gray rim on the front, right tire; a gray bumper with two black circles; a gray ladder outlined in black; a gray diamond outlined in black and two black spots under the ladder; black rearview mirrors; a windshield that shades from white at the top to blue on the bottom; two orange circular headlights outlined in black; one yellow and one orange oval headlight; one red light on top of the truck next to one yellow light next to one red light next to two yellow lights; a gray horn outlined in black on top of the lights; a gray and orange hose outlined in black on the top of the truck behind the lights and horn; and a face formed by two black eyes with white highlights on the windshield, a black and white nose formed by the grill, and a black smile on the bumper. The police car is white outlined in black with black tires; rearview mirrors shaded white on the top to blue on the bottom and outlined in black; a windshield shaded white at the top to blue at the bottom; one square light blue and one square dark blue light on top of the car; one round, yellow light on either side of the square lights; red and gray headlights outlined in black; and a face formed by two black eyes with white highlights and black eyelashes on the windshield, a black and orange nose formed by the grill, and a red, white, and black smile beneath the nose. The background ring is shades of gold outlined in black with diamonds in shades of gold giving the appearance of steel texture. The white area inside the ring and outside the ring and vehicle design represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
