The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress of a restaurant depicted in five renderings. The first rendering shows the booth seating with white rectangular seat back and seat bottom cushions and brown wood upper and lower accents, the angular brown wood booth dividers, and the transparent glass dividers separating the individual seating areas. The tops of the booth dividers and booth seatbacks contain rectangular blue LED lighting with white trim. Blue semicircular sconce lights hang on the pillars and walls surrounding the tables and booths. The second rendering shows the large accent wall featuring LED lighting in a swirling cyan pattern as well as the oversized cylindrical ventilation hoods above the tables. The third rendering depicts the large vertical wood slat accent wall behind the tables and booths, the brown wood backsides of the booth seating and additional angles of the blue sconce lights, oversized cylindrical ventilation hoods, and blue LED lighting and white trim on the booth seat tops. The fourth rendering shows the large rectangular columns in brown wood with silver accents and blue LED lighting across the center of the column. The fifth rendering shows another angle of the same large rectangular brown wood columns with silver accents and rectangular blue LED lighting accents and round blue sconce lights. The broken lines depicting the tables, chairs, pendant lights, round table grills, place settings and other restaurant dining room features indicate placement of the mark in relation to those items and are not part of the mark.
