The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a chair that has: (1) a front left leg, a front right leg, a rear left leg, and a rear right leg; (2) a side beam positioned horizontally on the left and right sides of the chair connecting the front and back legs on the beam's respective side; (3) a back support made of fabric; (4) the back support fitted over a pair of frame members protruding from the back legs; (5) an arcuate back tensioner extending between the pair of frame members protruding from the back legs, the arcuate tensioner extending rearward from the pair of frame members; (6) a seat support made of fabric; (7) the seat support extending between the pair of side beams; (8) an arcuate seat tensioner extending between the pair of side beams forward of the seat support, the arcuate seat tensioner extending generally downward from the pair of side beams; (9) an arm rest connecting the front leg to the back leg on the left side; (10) an arm rest connecting the front leg to the back leg on the right side; (11) a front leg beam connecting the front left leg to the front right leg, and (12) a rear leg beam connecting the rear left leg to the right front leg.
