Description of Design Search

The mark consists of The mark consists of a configuration of a portion of the goods, ie., an elongated ear wax curette having an elongated, stepped shaft wherein the step is demarcated by a transverse disk having a substantially greater diameter than either portions of the shaft emanating in opposite directions from the disk, wherein the disk partitions the shaft into an elongated handle portion on one side, and on the other side, an elongated, reduced-diameter projecting portion which slightly conically tapers thinner to a terminal end, which terminal end is formed as an annulus, which annulus is contained in a plane that is slightly oblique to the central axis of the elongated shaft. The matter shown in broken lines is not a part of the mark but merely indicates placement of an optional T-end to the handle portion of the shaft. The lining (i.e., surface shading or hachure) in the drawing is used only to indicate contour.
