The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of the goods -- a clip device for use in hanging objects such as tent walls, curtains, or awnings -- with an overall rectangular shape in which the shorter ends are rounded (the body), with a circular shaped part attached at one end of the body, either two raised circular humps on one flat side of the opposite end of the body and/or two indented circular shapes on one flat side of the opposite end of the body, and an opening between two divided sections of the body at the end opposite to the circular shaped part and with the division parallel to the flat parts of the body, and with alternating raised and flat sections within the divided part of the body such that the opening appears to have rows of triangles alternating within said opening.
