The mark consists of a coat-of-arms graphic design consisting of a shield with a party per chevron division. The top portion of the shield contains a representation of a scale in balance suspended from a five-pointed star. Above the shield is a torse and above that, representations of three clouds hovering around a globe-shaped figure bearing diagonal lines.
