The mark consists of a background image of a virtual room. The room appears three dimensional, although in actual use in commerce, the room is a two-dimensional background image for a web-based advertising / social media service. The room comprises two window spaces, with a section of a window wall between the two window spaces. The room further comprises two side walls, which appear to run at right angles away from the window spaces and the window wall toward the observer. Each of the two side walls comprises another 90 degree turn, thus forming two walls (appearing parallel to the window wall and the window spaces), receding to the left and to the right of the viewer. The left side wall comprises an appearance of a door, which appears to be in the left side wall, in close proximity to the window space. The virtual room further comprises a ceiling and a floor, which complete the perception of a particularly-structured, uniquely-architected / sized enclosed space / room. The walls of the room are blue and light blue. The ceiling, side door and the window frame are white and off-white in color. The virtual floor-boards are a combination of brown and light brown. There are black spots in the ceiling that reflect areas for recess lighting. Outside the window, the shrubbery and trees are green and dark green. The background buildings include a variety of colors including, black, gray, brown, and silver.
