The mark consists of our expression which was created to describe the breakthrough work of Gap International and our purpose - Transforming Organizations Transforming the World. It begins with the leader and their vision being created through a non-linear and organic process-the "chaos", ultimately transforming into breakthrough and impacting the world, like an echo, greater and greater over time. Thus, the mark consists of a middle single line which has a circular design element at each end. The circular element at the right hand end radiates out in successive circular shaped elements and in the middle has a solid blue circle. The middle portion of the mark has various design elements of various geometric shapes and birds which radiate outwardly from the middle line. The left hand side of the line has another circle which is smaller in shape than the right hand side and has a smaller circle to the right of it.
