Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a non-corrugated flat rectangular surface in a row of similar flat surfaces that extends along a longitudinal center-point of the top wall of an elongated spacer strip comprised of laterally spaced-apart corrugations and used to separate panes of glass in insulating glass units, with the rectangular flat having a longitudinal dimension approximately matching the longitudinal dimension of a single corrugation in the middle corrugated portion of the top wall of the spacer strip and a latitudinal dimension approximately matching two peaks of the corrugations. The broken lines depict the ridges and valleys of the corrugations and indicate placement of the mark on the spacer strip. The lining in the mark is intended to show the three-dimensional character of the mark and is not a feature of the mark.
